ROLE: INTERN ARCHITECT, Assisted with Schematic Design through Design Development, creating
models and renderings for community meetings
The addition of 37,000 SF to the existing elementary school building provides better vehicular access, separate from the school entrance, administration and registration. A combination of community use and academic spaces were designed to integrate numerous state-of-the-art design, technology, security and mechanical system features. The project was designed and built to meet LEED Silver sustainability standards.

Maribeth has a deep interest and passion for architecture, planning, infrastructure, and how people maneuver the environments which they choose to dwell in. She is a Senior Project Manager with 7+ years' of experience in designing and managing an array of projects from the institution and government sector, to hospitality, commercial and multi-family projects ranging in cost from under half of a million to twenty million dollars. As a professional, Maribeth interacts directly with clients and manages projects from the feasibility phase through project completion while meeting project goals and timelines
As an Architectural Designer and Project Manager, Maribeth uses both technical and creative, problem-solving skills in coordinating multiple consultants and leading teams in successful project completion through the construction phase. She is also experienced in proposal development and has been awarded several projects while working with firms. Maribeth has been a contributor to the Design Advocacy Group through graphic design and social media marketing. She is an active volunteer with the Young Professionals for Habitat for Humanity.
