ARCHITECTS:  MARTIN ARCHITECTURAL GROUP
COMPLETED: AUGUST 2019

ROLE: DESIGNER + PROJECT MANAGER

Consisting of 400 apartment units and 830,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, the site consists of a live, work, and play environment. The site is the location of the former Granite Run Mall, which had parts removed in order to open up the dead space to create a town center and revive the defunct mall. In creating a vibrant retail and entertainment environment, residential was included in the scope of the project to increase its density; and to supply the demand for more multi-family living options in the area.
