The interior fit-out included a transformation from 2,000 unfinished square feet, to a residents' lounge and business center for the historic, thirteen story building's 400+ residents. The open-concept floor plan consists of three main areas that can be rearranged for flexibility to accommodate various uses.

The lounge is designed for resident's use, business meetings, working remotely, and entertaining; it has a cohesive flow so that it can be transformed from its separate uses into a single space for private events. The large conference room seats twenty-four people, while the small conference room seats eight. The main lounge serves as the heart of the space with a waterfall-edge bar for serving and entertaining from the private catering kitchen. At the entrance the ceilings are set at a lower height from the main lounge in order to differentiate the space as an intimate seating area for meeting and mingling.
