BUSINESS LOUNGE

MAIN LOUNGE

The lounge is designed for resident's use, business meetings, working remotely, and entertaining; it has a cohesive flow so that it can be transformed from its separate uses into a single space for private events. The large conference room seats twenty-four people, while the small conference room seats eight. The main lounge serves as the heart of the space with a waterfall-edge bar for serving and entertaining from the private catering kitchen. At the entrance the ceilings are set at a lower height from the main lounge in order to differentiate the space as an intimate seating area for meeting and mingling.
