The12,000 square flex building bay was transformed from a shell space to include both an office and warehouse space. The 3,500 square foot office space is an open, bright and collaborative space that is utilized by its office operations staff while the distribution of product operations and fulfillment is adjacent in the connected warehouse space. In addition to a space that could host investors and marketing events, one of the client's main goals was to create an open office space that would foster and connect the office operations and fulfillment team at a single location.
