ROLE: INTERN ARCHITECT, Assisted with Schematic Design through Design Development, creating
models and renderings for community meetings
The addition of 37,000 SF to the existing elementary school building provides better vehicular access, separate from the school entrance, administration and registration. A combination of community use and academic spaces were designed to integrate numerous state-of-the-art design, technology, security and mechanical system features. The project was designed and built to meet LEED Silver sustainability standards.

The four story, multi-family development contains 276 apartments and 7,600 square feet of amenity space for its residents. The clubhouse consists of a lounge, business center, yoga and fitness rooms, a solarium, and a kitchen with a bar area that opens onto the pool deck in the courtyard.
ROLE: As a designer and assistant project manager, my role consisted primarily of designing the clubhouse and amenity areas, as well as the exterior facade from schematic design through the construction documentation phase.
